Instructions: Using an ultrasonic cleaner,
1. Mix 3 tablespoons of soy lecithin (non GMO), in 1 cup of distilled water.
2. Mix 1 tablespoon of ascorbic acid, in 1/2 cup of distilled water.
3. Mix both together in an ultrasonic cleaner
4. Makes approx. 1200 mg of vitamin C product. Refrigerated, it will keep for months.
